Welcome to the Safety Management Portal. This page enables you to register as a contractor company, complete relevant online safety inductions, upskill with our learning management system along with providing complete resources, for incident hazard and injury reporting.

Important information regarding inductions
New inductions / First time user:
There are several steps to the induction process (Please ensure you have images of your licences etc before you start the induction process) allow 30 to 40 mins to complete.
Contact your supervisor or our offices if you have selected the wrong induction type!

Induction types
Employee induction - Clifton Productions Employees only (This induction type is for Clifton productions employees, those person who have provided us a tax file number and workers who submit a Clifton’s time sheet and are paid directly by Clifton Productions)
General Safety Induction - All workers other than Clifton Productions Employees (This means all contractor and subcontractor workers that are paid by a Company other than Clifton Productions ie: Lock and Load, FNC, Regulators etc)
Note – If you enter a company name that has not provided insurances etc and been approved your induction will be rejected.
Visitor induction – Non-working site visitors only.
Supplier induction – Suppliers of goods & materials only.
Our online learning portal can be accessed by the link below.
If you have been invited to complete a training module log in by using your online induction user name and password and complete the modules assigned to you. Any training module assigned must be completed within the allocated time line.
All contractors must register their company via this link. You are required to upload current public liability, workers compensation insurances and Labour hire Registration details (if applicable), and complete a short questionnaire.
The information you have supplied will then be checked and you will be notified that you have been approved or additional information is required
Once your company is registered will be able to issue passwords and check their workers induction status by logging into the system using your registration user name and password.
You are also able to update insurance policies etc via this portal. You must renew your policy documents prior to the expiry dates noted on your policies to remain compliant.
Your workers MUST select General Safety Induction as the induction type and supply their email address and mobile phone number (for notifications). Inductions are to be completed by the actual worker only.
Contractor Companies must be registered before workers begin induction. If the person completing the registration / owner is also a worker then they need to complete the General Safety Induction as well.
